The Board of Directors for Lake Placid WCID 1 would like to notify residents of Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) announcing formal notice to proceed with construction of replacement Lake McQueeney and Lake Placid dams starting June 19th with an estimated timeline of completion of 22 months for Lake Placid and 24 months for Lake McQueeney.
