UPDATE:
The GBRA Board authorized the bidding for the Lake Placid Spillgate and Dam Armoring at its Board meeting on December 14, 2022. The Request for Proposals (RFP) (i.e. sealed bids) to secure a contractor for the project was issued on that same date. The date of Bid Opening is set for February 7, 2023.

The Board of Directors for Lake Placid WCID 1 would like to notify residents the GBRA has received a permit for the Lake Placid Dam Spillgate Replacement and Dam Armoring.
